Channelside
Channelside includes several important port facilities, including Port Tampa Bay HQ offices, Cruise Terminals 2, 3, and 6, and parking.
Port Ybor
Port Ybor is a key multipurpose cargo terminal located near historic Ybor City. It handles breakbulk, project cargo, and bulk commodities, and features ship repair facilities and distribution warehousing.
Hookers Point
Hooker’s Point is Port Tampa Bay’s primary cargo hub, featuring diverse mix of bulk, break-bulk, petroleum, & containers. It’s also home to Port’s Security Operations Center (SOC), which manages 24/7 port security. Three of our four shipbuilding/ship repair operations are located here.
East Bay
East Bay is well-suited to handle breakbulk, project cargo, and dry-bulk cargo, such as construction aggregates, while also supporting commercial seafood and small vessel repair operations.
Port Sutton
Port Sutton is a versatile industrial area supporting bulk cargo and warehousing. With convenient access to rail and highway networks, it plays a key role in regional distribution and industrial logistics.
Pendola Point
Pendola Point is a specialized terminal area primarily focused on handling bulk liquids, petroleum products, and construction materials such as cement and aggregates.
Spoil Islands (2D)
The Spoil Islands are environmentally managed areas created from dredged materials. These islands support wildlife habitats and serve as key components of Port Tampa Bay’s ongoing environmental stewardship efforts.

Port Redwing
Port Redwing is a growing terminal with strategic development potential for bulk and industrial uses. It features a diverse cargo mix that includes aggregates, fertilizer products, grain, cement among other dry bulk cargos.
South Bay
South Bay includes prime rail frontage to support growth. Supports energy, construction, manufacturing, warehousing and bulk cargo operations.
