How do I locate the garage?
The Port Tampa Bay parking garage is located across the street from the central cruise terminal (Port Tampa Bay Cruise Terminal 3 – 815 Channelside Drive, Tampa, Florida 33602). Signs on-site also direct cruise passengers.
Is parking free for disabled?
- The parking facility requires all guests with a disabled parking permit or license tag to pay posted parking rates except as provided by Florida State Law.
- In accordance with Florida Statute 316.1964, ONLY vehicles with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts, or foot or hand controls, for use by a person who has a disability, or any vehicle displaying a State of Florida license plate for disabled veterans, or displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit, is exempt from parking charges is exempt from parking charges
What proof is needed to receive free disabled parking?
- Disabled Veterans:
Disabled veterans displaying a Florida license plate for disabled veterans, issued under Florida Statute 320.084, will receive free parking. The disabled veteran to whom the license plate was issued must be in the vehicle for this exception to apply.
Please note that as long as your vehicle has a State of Florida disabled veterans tag, your parking is complimentary in accordance with Florida Statutes. When you enter the parking facility, please present the Attendant your Florida driver's license and State of Florida vehicle registration. The attendant will complete a short form and that is all there is to it. Please note parking is only available at 810 Channelside Drive and 1331 McKay Street when a ship is in Port and subject to availability. - Modified Vehicles and Florida Toll Exemption
Vehicles with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts, or foot or hand controls, for use by a person who has a disability and vehicles displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit will need to provide the parking attendant your driver's license and vehicle registration. The attendant will complete a short form and that is all there is to it. Please note parking is only available at 810 Channelside Drive and 1331 McKay Street when a ship is in Port and subject to availability.
Parking attendants will not grant parking waivers for any other reason than the ones listed above.

Where are the specific terminals?
There are three cruise terminals located at Port Tampa Bay. All three are in the same proximity and are all located along the Channel District.

I have questions about my luggage (lost, wrong luggage); who do I talk to?
Port Tampa Bay does not have a lost and found and does not maintain any responsibility for lost or damaged luggage. No luggage is kept in the terminals after a ships’ departure. Please contact your cruise line directly to report a claim.
Is there a place in the terminal to store my luggage?
Because of security restrictions there is no place to store baggage for early arrivals on or before cruise days at any of the terminals. Florida Aquarium (adjacent to Terminal 2) will store luggage for free with the purchase of a discounted ticket for admission. They are located at 701 Channelside Drive.
