The Great Port Clean Up
Great Port Clean Up: April 17, 2026
You are invited to our annual Great Port Clean Up at Port Tampa Bay.
Port Tampa Bay, the Propeller Club of Tampa, and Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful proudly invite you to the 4th Annual Great Port Clean Up. It’s a tradition that reflects regional pride and a commitment to protecting the waters that define us. This isn’t just an event; it’s a promise to our community that we will hold ourselves to the highest standard of stewardship.
Together, port partners, local organizations, and hundreds of dedicated volunteers will unite to clear trash and marine debris from sites in and around the port. Every inlet, every bit of shoreline, and every waterway is connected, and that connection comes with responsibility. That’s why the “Trash Free Waters” initiative is vital, ensuring the waters of Tampa Bay remain a place where people can live, work, and play with pride.
Last year, the community showed what’s possible: more than 800 volunteers removed 90,000 pounds of litter and debris, earning national recognition for Environmental Excellence and being celebrated as an Outstanding Partnership by Keep Florida Beautiful.
This year, the bar has been raised even higher. This event will prove once again that Tampa Bay is a community, one that takes pride in its waters, its people, and its future. Help show the world how West Central Florida leads with responsibility, resilience, and heart.
