RFQ 04-17 Financial Audit & Related Services Ranking/Shortlist Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Evaluation Committee for Financial Audit & Related Services, RFQ No. Q-004-17, will meet on Thursday, May 24, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. to evaluate and rank proposals. This meeting is open to the public.  The purpose of the meeting will be for the Evaluation Committee to generate either a shortlist for presentations or a final ranking to present to the Port Tampa Bay (PTB) Board of Commissioners.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In compliance with the Florida Public Record and Open Meeting Laws, the above noticed meeting will be audio recorded and made available to the public by the PTB Legal Department, upon request and payment of costs.
